What to Expect
I realise that finding strategic solutions has always been a challenge. I cannot become an expert in your industry over a conversation, but what we can achieve in this hour is to define the problem (first prize) or discover an alternative way of seeing your challenges. Sometimes it’s a simple process; other times not so simple. But what I can commit to is to give it 100% of my focus during our session.
There is nothing that you have to prepare for the meeting other than setting aside the hour and having a notepad handy (if that’s not you, then fine. I just find that writing things down can help me keep track of the important elements). As this is a Zoom session, please let me know beforehand if load shedding will impact you (for those outside South Africa, load shedding is our version of rolling blackouts).
To schedule the session, please email me sid@stratplanning.com with some background information regarding the business, or refer me to your website.
