Consulting
I have planned in virtually every category – from start-ups to blue chip; from prescription drugs to FMCG. I am proud to say that I have also mentored and trained strategic planners who have made their mark in the industry today. My work on global brands came mainly through my years spent at Grey, Leo Burnett and Ogilvy in the position of, firstly creative, and then strategist.
Qualified in both the sciences and business (pharmacist with an MBA), I have made a difference in many sectors, particularly on the marketing front.
A different view of the world
Due to the abundance of roles I have held, I see challenges from many different perspectives.
Those roles include (in chronological order): sales clerk, laboratory assistant, shower-door installer, retail pharmacist, production pharmacist, karate instructor, national franchise manager, frozen chicken cutter, door-to-door salesman, copywriter, lecturer in marketing & consumer behaviour, creative group head, professional actor, sole proprietor, strategic planning director and CEO.
